Notes

Teams should have 8 players, including at least two women or children.

The cost is £1 per player, to play all day.

Each match will be 3 overs of 8 balls. Batters retire at the end of the over if they have scored 20 or more. Sixes count as a dot ball. Teams will compete to reach two semi-finals and a final.

Food and drink and raffle tickets will be on sale all day.

Stoolball England will be selling bats, balls, rule books and other equipment (see price list), and answering your questions about stoolball.

    hi, just a big thank you to todays sponsors for our raflle prizes, they were very well received. also a big thank you to stoolball england for there time, i know some people got alot out of it with you there.thank you to all my volunteers, umpires, cooks , scorers etc and a big thank you to everyone who entered a team. lots of planning went into this so am really glad we got the result we deserved. congratulations on uckfield winning the overall competition. hopefully see you all there next year
