Ardingly (Ladies)
Our village stoolball club was founded to give local women of all ages and abilities the chance to play - and help preserve - the traditional Sussex game of stoolball. As a new and welcoming club, we focus on creating inclusive opportunities through matches, training sessions, and social events that bring people together. We aim to promote teamwork, friendship, fitness, and fun, while building a strong sense of community in a supportive, and friendly environment.
In 2026, we are excited to take the next step by participating for the first time in the Central Sussex division of the Sussex County Stoolball Division Association, and we look forward to representing our village in the season ahead.
When and where
Match nights are Tuesday (Home games) or Thursday (usually Away), alternate weeks. We practise on Tuesday evenings when we don't have fixtures.
